Do you Travel?
I work primarily in the City limits of Kelowna. I do travel on occasion and have a min. $50 travel fee for locations that are more than 20km away.
How long have you been doing this?
I started my professional career in 2018.
How many photos do we get?
Each package I offer has a pre-determined number of photos included. You can always purchase additional photos from your gallery if you wish.
How do we get our photos?
After your session, you will be sent a proofing gallery to select your fav shots. Once you have selected your final images, I will retouch them as needed and send you back jpeg digital files for you to print from. Everything is done online.
Do you retouch photos?
All images sent in your proofing gallery will be edited for style. Once you have made your final selections, I will go in and retouch those final selections. Standard retouching includes: removal of distracting objects from background, minor skin blemishes and stray hairs, adjustments to exposure and temperature of photo, removal of minor dust, lint and dirt from clothing, cropping and straighten images.
Additional retouching may be done for upon request for an additional fee such as face swaps, body contouring, minimizing dbl chins etc.
Whats your turn around time?
Turn around times vary depending on the current workloads, type of session and time of year. During busy season from October thru December, additional time may be needed but for the most part, 10 business days is average.
How do we book you?
Once a request to book has been made, I will need your personal contact info and then will send you a contract and invoice. No session is considered confirmed until deposit is received.
Can you help us with planning?
I LOVE to plan and style sessions. Once the paperwork is all submitted and deposit is received, I am more than happy to assist you with any planning required. I will also assist with clothing ideas.
How far out do you book?
I like to book my sessions as far out as possible. PLEASE do not wait until the last minute as I may not be able to accommodate your booking. A good rule of thumb is to plan on booking about 3 months before requested date of session.
